KOUTSIKOS rapid exit parlour has been designed to be ergonomical for the milker and comfort for the animals. All procedures are fully standardized facilitating the operator and reducing the requirements in assistants. Moreover the animals learn quickly and easily the moves they had to do so milking becomes faster and with less effort than ever before. The frame and all metal parts which are fitted to the parlour are galvanized to be protected from corrosion. The positions of animals combine comfort and security, designed to have dimensions that serve animals of all sizes and breeds while maintaining the animals immobilized during milking . The lock arms are from plastic to avoid possible injury or abrasions and maintain high levels of hygiene. The doors as well as the lock arms are equipped with safety clasp that is activated as an animal passes . KOUTSIKOS milking parlour is equipped with automatic feeder that delivers standard quantity of food directly to the stainless steel manger of each animal The operator via a single controller performs all actions related to the processes of entrance, exit, caging and releasing of the animals and the feeding.
