ADVANTAGES OF TR DISC
The mounted disc harrow TR DISC is a modern machine designed to meet the needs of contemporary agricultural methods, such as minimum tillage, aiming for efficiency and greater resource savings. It is used for:
Thus, only the surface layers are mixed down to 15 cm, without inverting the lower soil layers.
The toothed discs also shred crop residues and incorporate them into the soil, increasing organic matter and promoting microorganism activity. The soil becomes more uniform and fertile, with ideal moisture and aeration.
The TR DISC can also be used for weed control.
- cultivating the field after harvest,
- preparing the soil for sowing after ploughing,
- incorporating residues from the previous crop.

RIGID FRAME |
Vertical Divider
The frame of the TR DISC is rigid and heavy, helping better soil penetration. The compact design and the short distance between the first disc row and the tractor provide an ideal center of gravity and easier traction. As a result:
|
DISCS |
Vertical Divider
The TR DISC has 2 rows of discs, spaced 80 cm apart. The distance between support arms is 25 cm, allowing discs to work without being blocked by large stones or crop residues.
The two disc rows are positioned so that one row works inside the other, with a final disc spacing of 12.5 cm. |
DISC SUPPORT ARMS |
Vertical Divider
Each support arm carries one disc, offering an advantage over machines that use one arm for a pair of discs. This allows better residue flow and prevents problems from large stones or obstacles. The arm is reinforced to withstand loads and designed with an ideal angle for better soil penetration.
Each disc works independently, focusing on its specific area and conditions (moisture, clods, residues, stones), without being affected by the neighboring disc. The discs are toothed for better shredding and deeper incorporation of residues. Available diameters: 510 mm, 560 mm, 610 mm Working depth: 10–15 cm |
INTEGRATED FLANGE & SEALING SYSTEM |
Vertical Divider
The discs are mounted on durable SKF agrihubs, maintenance‑free, designed for demanding conditions. They include:
They operate with their own lubricant without needing replacement. The bearings work effectively without wear from dust, mud, or moisture, allowing working speeds of 15–20 km/h. |
SUSPENCION |
Vertical Divider
Each disc support arm has a NON‑STOP independent suspension system, consisting of 4 elastic cylinders (40 mm).
This system allows the disc to follow the field surface, maintaining constant working speed and uniform soil processing. If the disc hits a large stone, it can move upward by 10 cm to pass over it. In case of strong impact, the elastic cylinder absorbs overload and breaks, preventing serious damage to the TR DISC. |
SIDE PROTECTION PLATES |
Vertical Divider
TR DISC has protective plates on both sides, keeping processed soil within the working width. These plates move up and down following the machine’s motion, giving the operator clear visibility of the working area.
|
ROLLERS |
Vertical Divider
Rear cage rollers (550 mm) break large clods and level the soil after disc processing. They consist of round tubes and are supported by maintenance‑free bearing units.
