​KOUTSIKOS presents the innovative LSR laser system leveler, designed to offer unparalleled precision and efficiency in the field of agriculture.The unique design of the LSR leveler is characterized by:
a. Its long neck with a steep incline that provides a large space between the scoop and the tractor, allowing the transportation of a large amount of soil.
b. The scoop with a progressive slope to recycle the soil without overburdening the tractor.
c. The reduced weight and reinforcements at points of high stress.
The combination of these features ensures significant fuel savings and ideal leveling.
The scoop can be extended, and in this simple way, increase the working width in the future. The trolley is articulated and has 6 wheels for stability during transport and efficiency during work, seamlessly following the laser's commands. The width during road transport is 2.5 m (3 m for the LSR 6000 model) and 3.4 m during work (3.9 m for the LSR 6000 model) to ensure the necessary stability even at high speeds.
The LSR leveler features an independent hydraulic system consisting of a pump, multiplier, oil tank, and filter. All movements are made with hydraulic cylinders.
The joint points have a grease nipple for lubrication and protection against wear.

Laser technology allows us to smooth the soil with unprecedented accuracy, ensuring the ideal preparation for every crop.
Leveling is done through a laser system. From the tractor's cabin, the operator adjusts the basic functions and the laser system through a transmitter sends instructions to the receiver located in the field. The laser system takes control of the tractor's functions and automatically executes the commands given by the operator. The only requirement for the operator is to make some minor interventions at points where there is significant soil unevenness.
Using the KOUTSIKOS leveler increases the efficiency of fields by over 20% as the leveled field allows water, seeds, and fertilizer to be distributed evenly and can be cultivated in the most efficient way.

Versions

HL Version. Electro-Hydraulic

Combination of electric and hydraulic functions.
The primary leveling operation is performed electrically through solenoid valves controlled by the laser's joystick located inside the tractor cabin.

The remaining auxiliary movements are performed hydraulically, through the tractor's hydraulic controls, specifically:

• Blade folding,
• Blade angle adjustment,
• Wheel positioning for road transport or work mode,
• Lateral lifting of the rear wheels for leveling.

EL Version. Electric

All the functions of the grader are performed electrically through solenoid valves controlled by the laser's joystick and an additional electric control inside the tractor's cabin.

The leveling operation is done by the main solenoid valve controlled by the laser's joystick, which is located inside the tractor's cabin. The remaining movements, namely:

• Blade folding,
• Blade angle adjustment,
• Wheel positioning for road transport or work mode,
• Lateral lifting of the rear wheels for leveling

are performed by solenoid valves controlled by an electric control located within the tractor's cabin.
